We’re just about halfway through June, but we’re not yet halfway to our fundraising goals for the month. Hitting these goals will help us spread the world about Chris and this campaign — and ultimately get him elected the next governor of Arkansas.

It’s important we reach and exceed these fundraising goals, because staying on track is exactly how we defeat Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the Republicans this November. Arkansas’ current Republican governor has recently been quoted calling Donald Trump “politically [and] morally responsible” for the January 6 attacks on the U.S. Capitol. So even Arkansas Republicans can agree that a Trump-centered campaign, which is what Sarah Huckabee Sanders is running on, could be a dangerous idea. This is an opportunity for our campaign — which seeks to serve all Arkansans.

Sarah also accepted Trump’s endorsement just 20 days after the January 6 attacks, and she makes sure to lean into their relationship in every single ad and public appearance. It’s clear where her loyalties lie, and it’s definitely not with the people of Arkansas — which makes her the wrong choice to lead this great state and its people into the future.

Chris Jones has demonstrated time and time again that he’s just the candidate to unlock the promise of Arkansas for this generation and the next, and with our support, he’s going to do just that. But we’ve got a bit of work to do before we get there, and right now, that starts with hitting every single monthly fundraising goal.
