When musicians perform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre just 10 miles west of Denver, you know that the show is going to look and sound spectacular due to the setting. The elevation of the amphitheatre's top row is approximately 6,450 feet above sea level, and the surrounding Red Rocks Park covers 868 acres. The venue seats about ten thousand people and features a stage built into the rocks.
A couple of weeks ago the best high octane Grateful Dead cover band of them all, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (JRAD) took the stage at Red Rocks. This clip of their performance showcases the band at the height of their powers. |
