Over 160 judges who respect the Constitution have been confirmed by Ben and the Senate GOP — that’s one out of every four federal circuit court judges.

This is monumental news for conservatives around the country. We are filling the judiciary with judges who love the Constitution.

It’s more important than ever to have Constitutionalists on federal benches. We need judges who don’t act like unelected lawmakers but instead apply the laws fairly and look to the Constitution.

Republicans made a promise to fill the courts with judges that respect the Constitution and the rule of law. 

And we’re following through on that promise.

We’re proud of all the judges we’ve confirmed — but we aren’t done yet. We need to send Ben back to Washington to fight for the sanctity of life and keep the government out of our lives.
