On Thursday, the public finally heard the House Select Committee’s findings on the January 6th insurrection. The committee outlined their coordination details, such as the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers meetup in a parking garage before the attack. John, this proves this was a coordinated attack on the Capitol with the explicit purpose of overturning the 2020 election results. Even worse, Republican members of Congress and folks in Trump’s White House aided these groups.

We simply cannot tolerate Republican assaults on our homeland. The BEST way to hold these seditionists accountable and protect our democracy is to keep Congress in the Democrats’ hands. Can we count on you to step up today to contribute to our fund to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2022?

The Committee found Trump mainly responsible for the attacks, egging on his supporters from the comfort of his SUV. Despite the graphic reports, he labeled them "great and peaceful people." Capitol Police Officer Caroline Edwards was an enforcer on the ground, describing it as a "war scene" where she was "slipping in people’s blood."

If these are Trump’s so-called "great" and "peaceful" supporters, then we don’t want them anywhere near positions of power.

John, let’s never have a repeat of what happened on January 6th. Please, pitch in to defeat dangerous Republicans and keep Congress out of the hands of Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy.
