Last Friday, Gov. Holcomb announced Court of Appeals Judge Derek Molter as his pick for the next member of the Indiana Supreme Court. He will be replacing retiring Supreme Court Justice Steven David and bringing with him an honorable reputation of humble beginnings and even-tempered rulings.
