During our January Business meeting we will be voting on some Bylaws Amendments. The main changes to the Bylaw include:
1. Replacing Coordinating Committee with Board of Directors
2. Added language about rotating chair
3. Methods for removing and replacing a Board member for conduct or due to absences
4. Methods to establish new committees
5. Addition of Recording Secretary and Communications Coordinator descriptions
