Jack, Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, was involved in a pressure campaign to overturn Arizona's election results. That is a clear conflict of interest.
Instead of recusing himself from cases involving the 2020 election, Justice Thomas chose to rule on multiple cases where Trump was ordered to turn over documents related to January 6, often as the only dissenting voice when the ruling was unfavorable to Trump.
We need legislation that will prevent corruption and restore public trust in the Supreme Court.

Corruption is running rampant in the Supreme Court, and it’s our job to stop it. Supreme Court justices are not above the law and should be held to the highest standards.
Currently, our nation's highest court is not bound by a code of ethics. Supreme Court justices should not view themselves as free to accept lavish gifts from partisan actors, attend political fundraisers, and participate in cases in which they have glaring conflicts of interest. Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Pramila Jayapal have introduced a bill that would hold Supreme Court justices accountable.
