Tailored supports for youth workers in celebration of Men's Health Week
Hello John,
This week, I'd like to invite you to join us in celebrating Men’s Health Week ([link removed]) from Monday 13th until Sunday 19th June 2022.
This year's theme is: ‘Mission isPossible’ and everyone is being reminded that ‘The Action Starts With You’ in terms of taking small steps to improve both your own health and the health of those around you.
In light of this, we'd like to draw your attention to our online resource, ‘Your Wellbeing Hub’.

You can access the hub content we've developed in partnership with experts in wellbeing, mindfulness and meditation to help you:
* support your own health and wellbeing
* revitalise and maintain your high performing work ethic through these turbulent times
* reignite your passion, spirit, and creativity for your work
* ... and much more!
Visit Wellbeing Hub or find out more >> ([link removed])
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
And remember, ‘The Action Starts With You’.
Kind regards,
Rachael
