What Is ARCC? ARCC is a one-year immersive experience designed for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) managers and their executive-level leaders in the Bay Area’s affordable housing industry who are ready to see their organization at the forefront of change and are committed to dismantling oppressive power dynamics in the affordable housing field.

Need To Know:

  • FAQs and Info Session View ARCC FAQs and the info session (BIPOC Manager session [slide deck] and Executive-Level Leaders session [slide deck]), if you missed it live.
  • One Application Per Organization We ask that you complete the application as a group representing your organization. However, the next step of the selection process will include an interview with NPH where you can express your individual readiness and interest in the program.
  • Get Creative We invite you to complete the application in the way that best represents your team, whether that be written responses, video, or audio recording. Feel free to get creative!
  • Limited Space Please keep in mind that this application process will be competitive. We're only looking for 4-6 participating organizations in this pilot year.
