In a minute I'm going to ask if you can make your first donation to our campaign to help us reach the donor threshold for the December Democratic debate. >> [link removed]

With less than two weeks to hit the threshold, we are scrambling to qualify for the debate stage. But before that, I want to talk about why hitting the donation threshold is powerfully important.

Whether or not we reach our goal in the next few days will make a real difference in the types of investments we can make going forward. As a campaign, we have already made tough strategic decisions and are focusing on making sure we have the resources to shock the world in Iowa and Nevada. That's why the next few weeks are vital for this movement we're building together.

While we may be behind our goal, I'm not going to sell-out the grassroots campaign we've been running. I am proud that last quarter my campaign had the highest percentage of grassroots donors of any of the candidates running in the Democratic Primary. I will never sell-out and shift towards courting wealthy donors at exclusive events to beg for their help. I won't sell access to billionaires even if they promise gargantuan checks.

I'm proud that this people-powered campaign is and has always been all about you -- not special interests, fossil fuel corporations, or the rich and powerful.
Making your first donation today will make a real difference for the future of this campaign. Will you be one of the 6,000 new donors I need to qualify for the next debate? >> [link removed]

The next 10 days are powerfully important: if they go well we will have the resources we need to compete in Iowa and Nevada. If they go wrong, we will have an even bigger hill to climb to compete with billionaire candidates and those taking money from the corporate PACs I've refused.

We will continue to do what we've always done: hosting town halls, knocking on doors, going places other candidates won't, and sharing face-to-face conversations with people, inspiring them to join this fight.

But this critical work is only possible through grassroots donations we need to raise in the next two weeks.
I can't thank you enough for everything you do as a part of Team Julián, and I wouldn't be asking today if it weren't critically important. Can you please chip in before midnight to power this campaign? >> [link removed]

Thank you for being a part of this,
Julián ----
