We are wicked excited to announce that Kent Street Coalition Co-Founder Louise Spencer will receive the Honorary Young Democrat Following the 2016 elections. Louise stepped up in a big way by helping start the Kent Street Coalition. They started with a simple meeting of just over 50 friends and neighbors gathering in her living room. Now, with hundreds of active members, Kent Street is an absolute progressive force to be reckoned with both inside and outside of the State House. Louise's brand of selfless activism and dedicated leadership inspires us every day. We all owe her a huge debt of gratitude.
Join us in honoring Louise and other award recipients next Friday, Dec. 13th at the Masonic Temple on Elm Street in Manchester.
2019 was a big year for the New Hampshire Young Democrats so we hope you'll come out and celebrate all our success, prepare for 2020, and honor those who go above and beyond to make our state progressive, like Louise.
Doors will open at 5:30PM at the beautiful and unique Masonic Temple in Manchester and guests will have the opportunity to explore the space, listen to live music, play parlor games like pool, and enjoy food and drinks with friends! |
