Welcome back to our most recent newsletter. We have some important updates for you, and an overview of the best parts of November.

 What’s Happened Since Last Time

• If you didn’t have the chance to read our blog post on the BIO-Europe conference you can take a look here in our news section.

• As part of our follow up on the conference we are working on scheduling meetings and phone calls with the people we connected with, especially the trade agencies and organizations that could support our research in another country.  This includes Canada, Britain, and Australia.

• The Colombian legal firm we are working with has also has communicated to us that our request has been transferred to the National Ministry of Health for further review of our query.  We hope to hear back from them soon and will update you when we have more news.

• As part of the exploration of a more comprehensive histological study we are continuing communications with one of our volunteers who is helping with finding the necessary equipment, facilities, as well as cost estimates.

• Over the past month Foregen also had 151 new supporters sign up on our site with interest in our research.

• For the month of November reached a total of $8,031 in donations, which helps us move forward with the next parts of our mission!  Be sure to inform other activists, friends and family about Foregen and the science we’re pursuing to one day help provide genital integrity to men around the world. Our overall total to date is $528,436  Let’s keep it up.

 Tell Me Something Interesting

• This article deals with 3 new approaches to help those who suffer from different eye conditions, including one that treats macular degeneration, where ‘diseased cells at the back of the patients’ affected eye are replenished with a stem cell-based patch, which is inserted under the retina with a special surgical tool in an operation lasting one to two hours.’  The study’s results were impressive: ‘two patients monitored on a 12-month trial went from not being able to read even with glasses, to reading 60-80 words a minute with normal reading glasses.’  The study was conducted by London Project to Cure Blindness, London’s Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, University College London Institute of Ophthalmology and National Institute for Health Research.
