The purpose of this email to inform you of the overall fundraising goal that
we’ve set for the month of June. I have to admit to you, I’m a bit nervous
we’re going to fail to reach our goals and I’m hoping you can help.

You see, we only have 17 days left until the end of the second fundraising
quarter, which means we only have 17 days to hit our goal of raising $200,000
for the quarter. Reaching this fundraising milestone will allow me to remain in
the National Republican Party’s “Young Gun” program for promising candidates.

The most recent time that I checked the numbers (this morning) we are short
$10,562. We’ve done the math andif everyone who has donated since I launched my
campaign last makes an additional donation of $7, we would hit our goal easily.

We’re falling behind my Democrat opponent in overall donations

Why It’s Important: Democrats are showcasing their fundraising strength a full
5 months before the midterm election, and they’re funneling money to my
opponent – more than $100,000 already in small dollar contributions

My Ask: Our total donations are down by more than 50% this quarter vs this
time last year.We need your help today if we’re going to reach our fundraising
goals by the time the quarter ends on June 30th

Last quarter my Democrat opponent raised nearly as much as we did – and
that’s saying something since she just became the Dem nominee last month. That
has my team on edge. My opponent knows what my team is capable of; she knows my
team and I are focused and adept fundraisers, and she’s preparing early for
what’s expected to be among the closest races in the nation this fall.I’m
calling on you for help today because our success is directly correlated with
how much money we are able to raise.

We need to make sure that we do our part to add to the overall Republican
donor total in Q2 (June 30th deadline).

In May, more than 4,000 conservatives made a donation to my campaign. It’s our
goal to double that before the end of the month. I know we have 17 days left
until the end of the quarter but with the lofty goal of finding 8,000 donors
this month, we simply cannot pause our efforts for a single day.
