Thursday Webinar Hello John, Improving Medication Adherence in AOT: Long-acting Injectable Antipsychotics Long-acting injectable antipsychotics (LAIs) have been used to increase medication adherence in numerous settings, including assisted outpatient treatment. A study conducted in Summit County, Ohio, using its AOT program, showed better outcomes for participants with LAIs. The research also showed a reduction in criminal justice encounters.
