Thanks to you and our incredible team, we were able to meet our online fundraising goal last month. In the final days of November, hundreds of individual supporters stepped up to give what they could. We really can’t thank you enough.
But I have to be real with you. During the holiday season, fundraising slows down considerably. Unfortunately, that puts those of us who must sustain our campaigns for many months to come in a bind.
Every month, we must hit certain fundraising goals to stay on pace, and December is no exception. We can’t afford to fall behind. If just 100 people gave $5 right now, or if 50 people gave just $10 right now, we could start December strong. |

So, instead of making that one Cyber Monday purchase you’ve been pondering, will you give to our campaign? In the spirit of tomorrow’s Giving Tuesday, will you step up to help us get ahead on our December goals?
When fundraising slows down for even just one week (not to mention a whole month!) for a 100% grassroots campaign like ours that doesn’t take any corporate PAC or special interest money, the consequences are detrimental: we can’t continue the critical outreach needed to reach all the voters we need to win. Our viability depends solely on the individual contributions of people like you.
If we can keep that up, we can win.
