Former Fox Political Analyst, Chris Stirewalt, is scheduled to testify tomorrow at Jan 6 Committee hearing. He said recently that Fox is an “arm of the Republican Party.”

I have known Chris Stirewalt for nearly twenty years—we are both from West Virginia. Chris and many at Fox knew I was not a convicted felon but Fox broadcast that I was anyway to “aid the Republican Party”.

While McConnell led the effort to beat me Trump, Trump Jr, Karl Rove, Neil Cavuto, Martha McCallum, Brett Baer and several other Fox and Republican Party Leaders via both action and inaction were involved in sabotaging the 2018 US Senate election in West Virginia. So Stirewalt is right about Fox being an arm of the Republican Party. Fox’s support of the Republican Party is the result of that old adage “scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours”.

This is Chris Stirewalt’s second chance to tell the entire truth about FoxNews while it still matters. Guess we will find out soon whether he does or not.

Shareholders in Fox Corporation, Vanguard, etc should take note. The E in ESG is not a great challenge for Fox Corp but the S and the G need lots more attention than they’ve been getting.

Working with the government to sabotage elections is not socially responsible behavior and a lack of corporate governance is no excuse for defaming a U.S. Senate candidate.

The American Judiciary needs to recognize that these are not companies that should enjoy the Freedom To Lie about political candidates as if that were the intent of the First Amendment

As President Biden might say “common on, man”.
