John, Ever since I was a young boy, I dreamed of serving in the U.S. Army.
Even as a child, when I celebrated the Fourth of July, watched my parents vote, and said the pledge of allegiance in school, I knew I was a part of something special.
And when I grew up, those American promises showed themselves to be true.
I served as a Green Beret and built a business in the great state of Florida. I saw the most dangerous corners of the Earth, and I knew with more certainty than ever we MUST protect what we have in our great country.
