This is a moment in history that requires action—we’ve got a really good shot at following through on our progressive vision. I'll be there on Day One fighting for everything we believe in. To me, getting things done is at the heart of public service. Are you bringing home results for your constituents? Are you fighting as hard as you can for the big, bold solutions this country needs for its future?

For Senate Republicans, the answer to both questions is a resounding no. Time and time again, we see them fight for failure. And if they win the Senate in November, it will be more of the same. They’re targeting Vermont, so it’s up to us to show them Vermont is not for sale.

Any chance we have at enshrining abortion rights in federal law, fixing our gun laws, protecting the right to vote, combatting climate change, lowering health care costs, and so much more starts and ends with the Senate Democrats holding onto and building upon their ranks. This race in Vermont could make or break it all. I’m in it because I believe we can win it, and I know you do too. We just need to keep building our momentum through the summer, and that work has already begun.
