Nick, Beto's campaign manager.
These past few weeks have been some of the hardest of my professional
career, but they've also reminded me of exactly why I joined this
campaign. When 19 children and two teachers were killed in Uvalde, Beto
stopped all fundraising and went directly to Uvalde to be with this
beautiful community.
Greg Abbott went the opposite direction to attend a political fundraiser
that very evening.
That is why we are doing this work. Because Texans deserve a governor who
will always put them first — over the interests of their political donors.

witnessed our biggest week of organizing so far. From being at events with
