John,

First, a Florida judge BLOCKED the DeSantis gerrymandered congressional maps from going into effect, and he ruled that plaintiffs were likely to succeed in their claim that the map diminishes Black voters’ power at the polls.

But then, that decision was stayed, putting back into effect the DeSantis map for now – so the fight in Florida and around the country continues.

The DeSantis Map is one of the most gerrymandered in the country. A.G. Holder put it best:

"...the Governor was not trying to follow the law by insisting the legislature pass his map configuration – he was actively trying to break it."

This fight isn’t over, John. The NDRC and our affiliates are continuing to do everything we can to fight for fair maps across the country, but we’re counting on your support to keep it up.

Will you pitch in anything you can right now to fuel our fight to end GOP gerrymandering nationwide?
