On behalf of Verified Voting, we’d like to propose a new meaning for “Cyber Monday.” Instead of sifting through messages from online retailers, why not encourage your friends and family to do their part in keeping our elections healthy, and check their voter registration?

Voter registration and election security go hand in hand, which is why it’s important to #CheckYourReg not just before your state’s registration deadline, but on a regular basis. Sudden changes to the voter registration databases can be the first sign of attempted tampering by hostile actors, or a glitch that needs to be caught and fixed. And your report can be the one that makes the difference.

Of course, #CheckYourReg is just one facet of Verified Voting’s public education and outreach efforts. Join us as we spend this Cyber Monday – and every day leading up to Tuesday, November 3, 2020 – working toward being able to #Validate2020.
