House Dems passed a gun grab bill that threatens to erode the Second Amendment.

Meanwhile, Speaker Pelosi is refusing to hold a vote on a bill that will provide extra protection to Supreme Court Justices and their families. It’s a bill that the Senate passed unanimously, and is necessary given the recent threats and assassination attempt on Justice Kavanaugh. But Pelosi doesn’t care––she’s playing politics with the Justices’ lives.

And Bidenflation continues to eat away at your paycheck at record pace.

Gun Grab Bill

On Wednesday, the House voted 223-204 to pass a gun grab package that will erode your Second Amendment rights.

Included in the bill are a number of troubling provisions:

• Would raise the age to purchase semi-automatic rifles and shotguns from 18 to 21 in every state. This will restrict law-abiding and constitutionally protected adults from exercising their rights despite being eligible for military service where they would be putting their lives on the line to defend those same rights.
  
• Establishes new regulations and rules that will dictate how Americans store their firearms and ban certain capacity magazines. Both of which will limit Americans’ ability to defend themselves. 
  
• And it will make it illegal for individuals to construct their own firearms, another step in the Left’s agenda to outlaw guns. 
  

We shouldn’t be surprised that the Left has decided to use recent tragedies as a pretext to curtail Second Amendment rights while furthering their gun-grab agenda.

That’s why Heritage Action key voted this legislation as part of our legislative scorecard.

The Senate is working on their own proposal and we will keep you updated when more concrete details come to light.

Take Action Today — Biden’s Woke Climate Regulation

Biden’s Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing a new Climate Disclosure rule that embodies everything bad about their Green New Deal dreams.

This regulation would require businesses to:

• Determine how climate change could impact their business, operations, or financial condition.
  
• Determine their greenhouse gas emissions and even the emissions of businesses that they buy and sell from. 
  
• Disclose how often their corporate boards talk about climate change
  

Business will simply pass on the costs of complying with this regulation to you, the consumer. And activist investors will decrease their investments in companies that report higher emissions –– i.e. oil and gas and coal companies that help power the modern American economy.

We need your help to stop it.

The Biden administration is required to open the regulation to public comments from citizens like you. Leaving a unique comment will require a Biden bureaucrat to respond in the public record for the rule. If they fail to do so, this can aid in any legal challenges to the rule.

Since Biden took office, the average worker has lost $2,762 in purchasing power due to higher prices.

Inflation is destroying everyone’s paycheck, yet the Biden administration sits on the sidelines.

In May, inflation rose at an annualized rate of 12.7%—a sharp acceleration from April.

Due to record high gas prices, Americans are spending more and driving less. And as we explained above, Biden wants new climate rules and regulations which will drive the cost of oil and gas up even higher.

Americans are literally paying the price for Biden’s failed policies.

If you listen to the Democrats’ advice, you should just go buy an electric car as Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) told you to do. They seem to think the people being hit hardest by high gas prices have the money to purchase a brand-new, $70,000 electric vehicle. What a joke!

In five years time, we’ve gone from the Trump Tax Cuts to the Biden Pay Cuts. Leadership matters!
