June is Pride Month as we celebrate and fight for the LGBTQ+ community
across Texas.
Greg Abbott has failed LGTBQ+ Texans and actively attacked their
fundamental right to be who they are. In February, Abbott issued a cruel
and dangerous directive to investigate parents who support their
transgender children by helping them access gender-affirming health care.
This contrast between Greg Abbott and Beto could not be more clear. As
governor, Beto will fight to expand civil rights protections for LGBTQ+
Texans, support trans kids, and ensure every person in this state can live
freely as themselves and free from discrimination.
