Team,
Last night the American people got their first glimpse into the year-long bipartisan investigation into the deadly January 6th attack on our Capitol. It is clear, now more than ever, that the insurrection was a coordinated attempt to stop the peaceful transfer of power and reverse the results of a fair and free election. My opponent was part of the mob that violently stormed the Capitol. This in and of itself should preclude him, and anyone else who participated in the insurrection, from being able to serve in Congress.
This is what we know about my opponent’s role in the January 6th insurrection:
- Derrick Van Orden attended the insurrection on January 6th.
- He was photographed within the restriction section on the Capitol Grounds as rioters broke into the Building.
- And he lied as to his actions, claiming that did not enter Capitol Grounds on January 6th.
If you think Capitol Insurrectionists belong in jail and not in Congress, give $15 or whatever you can to help me keep a violent man from representing Wisconsin’s 3rd district →
