While Trump and his Republican puppets in Congress continue to attack the
impeachment inquiry and shout “Do-nothing Democrats,” the truth is this:
House Democrats have passed nearly 400 bills this year.

How many have actually become law? Only 70.

That’s because Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate
Republicans have either blocked or straight up ignored the majority of
bills -- like universal background checks on gun purchases, a $15 federal
minimum wage, the Equality Act to protect LGBTQ Americans from
discrimination, and many more.

It’s clear: the only way we’re going to get bills turned into law and make
progress for our communities is by flipping the Senate in 2020.

That's why we're supporting progressive Democrats taking on Republican
incumbents and protecting Democratic champions at risk by building the
nationwide grassroots campaign we need to win to take back control of the
Senate.
