Want to ensure the path to victory? Donate today! >> WHY KEVIN WINS: PROFILE, MESSAGE, ORGANIZATION AND MONEY First, the profile of a candidate is key to victory in 2022. You know Kevin - and you know the qualities and background that set him apart from everyone else. As more Granite Staters get to know Kevin, they will view him as the best candidate in this fight to Save America. Kevin started his career as a fighter for conservative causes when he was elected state representative as a 19-year-old. He was even named Pro-Family Legislator of the Year for the one term that he served. After that he worked for conservative leaders, US Senator Bob Smith, and Governor Craig Benson. Kevin’s conservative credentials are unmatched in the field and he is the only candidate who was a solider fighting in the trenches with other conservative activists starting at 19. After fighting hand in hand with conservative activists, Kevin went to work as a community and business leader growing the economies in the Town of Londonderry and the Pease Development Authority in Portsmouth where he led the largest economic engines in New Hampshire: the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, the Portsmouth International Airport and the Ports and Harbors in Portsmouth. Again, Kevin’s conservative economic credentials are unmatched in the field. Finally, Kevin is from a new generation of conservative leaders who understands exactly what we’re fighting for and why we need to Save America. He has a young family with kids in the public schools and is the only candidate who understands the critical and growing importance of parental rights in New Hampshire and America. And Kevin’s youthful and positive energy is motivating voters to join our campaign every day.
Second, the message – and the delivery – matters. Kevin will win because he is the only candidate who is taking the fight to the Democrats on the conservative issues that matter. Kevin was the first candidate to go to the southern border to see the crisis in person because he knows that drug smugglers are funneling deadly fentanyl to the state causing record drug overdose deaths – and it MUST stop. The illegals flooding over the border into America every day are causing irreparable damage. Remember, Kevin is the only candidate to develop a comprehensive, conservative plan to secure America’s border and it was endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council which represents 18,000 border patrol agents. Further, Kevin is already taking action as a candidate and wrote to all 50 Governors requesting that they send law enforcement to help secure the southern border – following up on the request of Governors Abbott (TX) and Ducey (AZ). He also wrote to President Biden requesting that his Administration designate the Mexican cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations. Kevin is the only candidate to release a thorough, conservative plan to stop $5.00/gallon gas. He knows the importance of making America energy independent again and strengthening our national security, so we aren’t reliant on foreign oil from countries like Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, or Venezuela. On inflation, Kevin knows that it takes more than just saying we need to cut taxes and spending. That’s why he is the only candidate to release a detailed 7-point plan to Stop Inflation in its tracks. Whether it’s reforming the archaic and stifling shipping law, the Jones Act in Congress, stopping the PRO Act in Congress which undermines worker rights and forces individuals to pay union dues, or blocking Biden’s new socialist, administrative rule redefining Water Rights which will increase food prices even more by hurting farmers and ranchers. Kevin gets it – he understands the issues and will take the conservative fight to the Democrats.
Finally, Kevin is pro-life, and he is not afraid to fight the Democrats extremist views on abortion. Maggie Hassan is trying to push America to the extreme left by forcing states to allow abortion for any reason right up until the moment of birth – that’s wrong and Americans don’t support it. Granite Staters and Americans overwhelmingly want some level of abortion restriction – such as a ban on late-term abortion – and Kevin won’t let the Democrats lie and scare voters as they have done in the past. Make no mistake, a candidate’s message, and their ability to deliver it clearly and succinctly is critical to success. Kevin is the only candidate with a solid conservative platform and the ability to deliver it to voters and fight Maggie Hassan head on. Just look at Kevin’s policy page on his website where he lays out his plans, and puts them directly on video, for all to see. Kevin is the only candidate with a comprehensive website so all Granite Staters can see where he stands.
Third, the Smith organization grows by the day. When Kevin announced his candidacy on January 18th, he didn’t have a single email address or donor for his campaign. We now have 13,259 individuals who have signed up via email and we just passed 1,000 grassroots donations to our campaign today! This is a remarkable show of support for such a short period of time and is a true illustration of Kevin’s strength on the ground in New Hampshire.
Fourth, raising the money to win. The fact of the matter is this: a candidate needs substantial funding to assemble a strong campaign organization and get their message out to voters. Kevin is the right candidate, has the right message, is growing the organization on the ground every day, and is very fortunate to also have the money needed to win. You have undoubtedly seen the television ads that have been airing for several weeks by an outside organization, Stand for NH, on behalf of Kevin. In addition to Stand for NH’s $525,000.00 in advertising, the campaign has raised well over $500,000.00 giving Kevin over $1 million in financial support so far, which makes him the best funded candidate in the Republican primary. Kevin is the only candidate on TV, and it is making a huge difference in building the necessary name ID to win the Primary in September and then again in November. Other candidates talk about going on TV, but Kevin is the only doing what it takes to win.
We all know that Granite Staters and Americans are tired of politicians. That’s why Kevin is the only candidate to sign the Term-Limits Pledge this year. They want a fighter who they know will do the job – not just go to Washington to add another title to their name.
