Big Ag is suing the EPA so it can keep spraying brain-damaging chlorpyrifos on some of kids’ favorite fruits and veggies.

A coalition of 19 food and agricultural groups and one chemical company have filed an opening brief against the EPA in the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, claiming the EPA’s decision to ban chlorpyrifos was “unlawful” and “lacks a scientific basis” – a claim that’s patently false!

Scientific studies link the pesticide chlorpyrifos to unconscionable public health risks, including neurological damage in children!

After years of advocacy work and more than 95,000 petition signatures from EWG supporters like you, the EPA finally banned chlorpyrifos in 2021. We can’t let greedy agricultural companies get away with undoing our progress. Can we count on you to help us formulate our plans?
