John, sadly, in 2022, reproductive rights are on the chopping block. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, as a leaked Supreme Court draft would do, women across our country will lose a fundamental right.

Chrissy – a mom, a teacher, and a veteran – has spent her time in Congress advocating for women – making sure they are treated equitably and can exercise the fundamental right to make their own health decisions. And if Chrissy is reelected to represent PA-06, you can count on her to continue fighting tooth and nail to codify Roe into legislation, once and for all.

But if Chrissy's anti-choice GOP opponent, Guy Ciarrocchi, flips this seat, he'll vote against women's reproductive freedom. We can't afford to let this happen with our already narrow majority in Pennsylvania. With so much on the line, will you pitch in right now so we can defend this battleground seat and keep PA-06 blue?

As reproductive freedom hangs in the balance, Ciarrocchi has called for Roe v. Wade to be overhauled. And in previous unsuccessful elections, he was endorsed by anti-abortion groups who supported banning all forms of contraception. Ciarrocchi himself has lobbied against the distribution and use of condoms and contraceptives… again, he tried to ban condoms.

That's why we need empathetic leaders like Chrissy, leaders who understand our lives and who work to protect the rights of their constituents – not take them away. During her tenure as congresswoman, Chrissy supported codifying Roe v. Wade, voted against efforts to defund Planned Parenthood, expanded paternal leave for federal employees, and so much more.

Right now, with our majority razor thin, there are just barely enough votes in the U.S. House to pass federal legislation to codify the fundamental right to an abortion. If Ciarrocchi wins, it’s hard to imagine us winning that vote, and abortions would become criminalized in states across our country. That includes Pennsylvania if GOP gubernatorial nominee Doug Mastriano has his way.

To continue to defend and promote the rights of women, Chrissy needs to win this competitive election. John, we wouldn't ask if it weren't important, but reproductive freedom is on the line, so will you please chip in whatever you can right now to help Chrissy continue to defend our fundamental rights and defeat Ciarrocchi?
