Our democracy is far more fragile than we realize, and Donald Trump did everything in his power to overthrow it that dark day.

But he couldn't do it alone, he needed an army of white supremacists to storm the Capitol, and Republican allies in the Congress to try and overturn a free and fair election and install him as President.

The January 6th commission is doing historic, patriotic work. But Republicans are committed to stopping that work if they take the majority in November.

I'm working hard for you in Congress, and to make sure Democrats keep our majority so we can finish the work we've started, not just on the January 6th commission, but undoing all of the damage Donald Trump did to our nation in four years.
