Know Before You Go
Here’s what you’ll need to know to make the most of your time with us.

General Information

Agenda

The Forum agenda can be found here.

Attire

The attire is business casual. Meeting rooms are often cold, so we suggest bringing an extra layer to stay comfortable.

A Picture Worthy Event

We will have a photographer on both days and a photo booth on day two!

ASL Interpretation

Two ASL interpreters will be available at Forum. For more information regarding these services, please reach out to us at [email protected].

COVID-19 Protocols

The Forum 2022 COVID-19 protocols can be found here.

Social Media Cheat Sheet

Tell your Twitter followers that you are at #IAForum. Here is a social media cheat sheet!

Need Help?

All the information in this email, plus more, can be found by simply using our QR code. Every badge will have a QR code located on the front. Additionally, during Forum, InterAction staff will be identifiable by gold ribbons and can help with any questions you may have.

Dietary Needs

If you indicated a dietary restriction on your registration, we have built the menu with your dietary needs in mind. You will be able to find the menu for Day 2 when scanning the QR code.

Registration

Check-in for the second day of Forum opens at 7:45 AM and will be at the entrance to the Atrium Ballroom. If you attended day one of Forum and remembered your badge, you can go straight to breakfast in the Ballroom.

If you did not check in on day one, please do so at the check-in tables and collect your badge before entering the Ballroom.

Event Space

The majority of our program, including the Main Stage, will take place in the Atrium Ballroom A & B. If you are attending the CEO Track, your sessions will be in Horizon A.
Want to take a phone call? Or spend a moment reading emails? Continental Suite B is our lounge area and Continental Suite C is our quiet room.

Security

All entrances to the Reagan building have security checkpoints. You may have to remove your laptop or tablet from your bag and walk through a metal detector. The building is often busy in the summer, so please allow yourself some extra time to pass through security.

Navigating the Reagan Building

The Reagan building has multiple entrances, but no matter where you make your grand entrance, there will be signage and floor stickers to guide you to the Atrium ballroom for check-in.
If you want our opinion, we do think the 14th Street entrance is the easiest to navigate! If at any time you get turned around, seek out an InterAction staff member (identified by a gold ribbon) and ask them to guide you to your next stop.

Prayer Room

A prayer room is available for attendees throughout the day and is located in the Continental conference rooms. If you need assistance locating the prayer room, do not hesitate to ask an InterAction staff member for help.

Lactation Room

A lactation room is located in the Reagan Building near the Atrium Ballroom.
