FDA AUTHORIZATION FOR COVID-19 VACCINES
This week, EPPC Fellow David Gortler submitted comments to the Food and Drug Administration on a public advisory committee meeting of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee opposing emergency use authorizations for the Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines for children and objecting to an EUA for the Novavax vaccine.

On June 14, EPPC President Ryan T. Anderson will moderate a panel at the Heritage Foundation: The Effect of Access to Puberty Blockers and Cross-Sex Hormones on Youth Suicide Rates. The expert panel will explore a new study that found that easing minors’ access to cross-sex medical interventions is associated with a significant increase in the adolescent suicide rate.
