Soros-Backed Media Consortium Is Buying, to Censor, Conservative Radio Stations - Do NPR listeners want conservative views imposed on them? No. If they did want conservative views, they’d listen to Salem Radio. I raise the language issue not to imply that American Latins are victims (they’re not), nor to play the identity politics card. I raise it because progressives know too well that if you choose Spanish-language media because you are more comfortable with it, you can be made into a captive audience. 11 Ways Republican Study Committee Budget Is Blueprint to Save America - A budget is more than just the sum of its revenues and outlays. It’s also a reflection of the values held by its drafters. Based on the budget proposed Thursday by the Republican Study Committee, the caucus of conservatives in the House of Representatives, its members value America. Here are 11 ways that the Republican Study Committee’s budget would help save the country. Heritage Experts: Matthew Dickerson and David Ditch
Commentary: A better, fairer way to handle student loans - President Joe Biden is set to “forgive” $10,000 worth of student loan debt per borrower, for a total of $360 billion in loan elimination. This may sound like a neat and easy solution, but the direct result will be to increase inflation, drive college costs even higher, and place lower-cost and more effective education alternatives at a disadvantage. Heritage Experts: Rachel Greszler and Lindsey Burke
How Critical Race Theory Creeps into Judicial Opinions | Opinion - President Joe Biden's nominee for a federal judgeship in New York, Natasha Merle, made headlines recently because of her past statements about white supremacy and systemic racism. There is good reason to believe that, despite her claims to the contrary, she will inject controversial and factually inaccurate ideas into her work as a judge. It's been done before. Iran stepped up illegal attempts to aid nuke program - These developments make clear Iran’s continued efforts to advance its nuclear program & the failure of the Biden administration’s policy of negotiating a “longer and stronger” nuclear deal. The original Iran deal was seriously flawed, and returning to it will not stop Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons to threaten the U.S. and its allies. It’s way past time to return. Jake Sullivan’s response to the news is a ghastly appeasement strategy towards Iran. An extremely dangerous approach being taken by the Biden administration. Weakness invites aggression. This will all end in tears for the United States. Heritage Expert: Nile Gardiner
Social Security’s unfunded obligations getting worse - Our Social Security program is running dry. Policymakers have no plan to fix it, and generations of Americans have been duped into believing it’s a good deal. Social Security was established to prevent older Americans from living in poverty once they’re unable to work, but the program’s unchecked expansions have made that outcome anything but secure for current and future workers. The ‘woke’ takeover of James Madison’s Montpelier - In the past few months, a battle had been waging between the Montpelier Descendent Committee and the Montpelier Foundation’s board of directors. Recently, the board was expected to select nine of the 20 candidates put forward by the MDC; they gave the MDC members board majority by selecting 11. We can now expect Madison’s legacy — the fourth president of the United States and key architect of the U.S. Constitution — to be effectively erased. Heritage Expert: Brenda M. Hafera
Biden Administration Holds School Lunches Hostage to Radical Transgender Agenda – There’s been plenty of sturm und drang over the upcoming Title IX rule change from the Department of Education—one that will expand the prohibition against “sex” discrimination under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 to “gender identity” discrimination. And the sturm und drang is well warranted. Such a change—anticipated for release this month—will, among other things, open up every single-sex restroom, locker room, housing accommodation, sports team, or admission program to the opposite sex, if those individuals simply claim to be female. A June release of the new rule poetically coincides with Title IX’s 50thanniversary and LGBTQ “Pride” month. Heritage Expert: Sarah Parshall Perry
