Hi Friend, Why should you care about a work trip to our nation’s capital? Because it is the culmination of years of work we have done together on one of the most difficult issues that has affected our community, gun violence prevention. We need you this #GivingTuesday to help us continue our work. As you read this email, I will be representing Institute for a Progressive Nevada (IPN) in Washington D.C to talk about the work we have done in the Silver State in the aftermath of the worst mass shooting in our country’s modern history. The progress we have made on moving our state forward on gun violence prevention, along with the years-long grassroots efforts surrounding this critical issue, is a model that the rest of the country wants to hear about. That’s why I’m going to our nation’s capital and that’s why you should donate this #GivingTuesday. Because together we’ve moved mountains and with your continued support, we are sure to move bigger mountains in the future and make our state a safer, and better place for all of us.
