The Montana Supreme Court recently ruled in favor of the new legislation from Montana Republicans. This legislation adds new voter ID requirements and ends same-day voter registration for Montanans.

This is a direct challenge to voting rights and access in Montana. If Republicans manage to take a supermajority in November, they will change our state constitution and voting laws for the foreseeable future. And this is just the first step.
