Back in 2018, Minnesotans responded to Ilhan’s progressive vision by voting in record numbers and sending her to Congress. Thanks to this team, we helped secure a Democratic majority and stopped Donald Trump’s far-right agenda in its tracks.

In 2020, this grassroots movement stepped up once again to help Ilhan defeat her primary challenger and overcome the upwards of $20 million spent by conservative groups desperate to unseat her.

Now, Ilhan is up against a new conservative primary opponent who’d rather maintain the status quo than build a better future — he was a leading voice against efforts in Minneapolis to rebuild the public safety system, and he even just held a campaign event with a Trump supporter.

With conservative groups pouring millions of dollars into Democratic primaries across the country to try to defeat and unseat progressive candidates, our race could be next.
