Dear John,

The NeW National Women’s Summit is approaching quickly. We are excited about the lineup of empowering sessions. During one of the best half-day events in DC, interns, Capitol Hill staffers, and students in the area will learn about conservative policies, sharpen their professional skills, and grow their network.

If you know someone that would enjoy this event, would you please share this email with them? Spots are going fast, so please encourage them to
register ([link removed]) (and apply for a travel scholarship ([link removed]) ) today.

At the National Women’s Summit, attendees will learn the strongest talking points on today’s most important policy issues through 10-minute policy discussions, or “Empowered Talks.” Lindsey Burke ([link removed]) , Director of the Center for Education Policy at The Heritage Foundation, will walk them through how to make the conservative case for school choice, critical race theory, and education reform. These women will learn how to discuss women’s rights around the world including the issues of gendercide and sex trafficking from Olivia Enos ([link removed]) , Senior Policy Analyst in the Asian Studies Center at The Heritage Foundation. They will also hear how conservative women are taking back the feminist narrative through opportunity feminism with Karin Lips ([link removed]) , President of the Network of enlightened Women. This summer, as the Supreme Court announces their decisions, attendees will
find out what they need to know to talk about even the most controversial decisions from Sarah Parshall Perry ([link removed]) , Senior Legal Fellow for the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation.

Then we will turn our attention to equipping you with professional skills to excel in the workplace. Patrice Onwuka ([link removed]) , Director of the Center for Economic Opportunity at the Independent Women’s Forum, will show you how you can speak up professionally and own your seat at the table. Interested in getting a job on Capitol Hill or in a presidential administration? Nina Owcharenko Schaefer ([link removed]) , Director of the Center for Health and Welfare Policy at The Heritage Foundation, will walk you through how to do just that. Colleen Harmon ([link removed]) , Director of the Young Leaders Program at The Heritage Foundation, has advice for building professional relationships, from finding a mentor to networking with your peers.

After a free Chick-fil-A lunch, young women in attendance will have the chance to gather on the Heritage rooftop for dessert, career consultations and resume reviews with NeW and Heritage staff members, and free headshots, all while admiring the great views of our capital city.

Following this event, these women will return to their campus, place of work, and community more educated, equipped, and empowered than ever to defend conservatism, make the case for important policy issues, and be a leader in their sphere of influence.

The NeW National Women's Summit is an event young conservative women do not want to miss.

Thank you!
