Amazon uses prepping centers to check items from third-party retailers before repackaging them and sending them to customers. "So if you buy something from some other retailer, you have to unbox it, make sure it's not broken, re-box it according to Amazon's specifications, and send it to Amazon," says Josh Dzieza.
CMA CGM will raise about $2 billion through divestments and other deals as it finances its purchase of Ceva Logistics. Ceva posted a $44.4 million loss for the third quarter.
McKesson has been approved for a Tennessee grant worth $830,000 for its planned $18.5 million expansion of a Memphis facility. The investment will create 83 jobs, the company said.
