We may soon see a huge victory at the US Supreme Court with a favorable ruling in the Dobbs v Jackson Health case, ultimately turning the abortion question over to a democratic process within each state. But with that potential victory, PJI remains vigilant as the Far Left is unleashing its fury and exposing the depths to which they will go to protect and extend this evil, particularly in blue states.
For the past 25 years, the cause of the unborn has been at the heart of our ministry at PJI. From signature victories at the Supreme Court (AB 775) to protecting churches and pro-life clinics unjustly interfered with and even sued by Planned Parenthood to presently fighting right now in federal court for a nurse practitioner who was denied jobs in women’s health because she would not perform elective abortions...We will not stop.
I’m happy to report that PJI is perfectly positioned to take on these challenges. While we are now serving states across the South—from Texas to Florida—we have never shied away from the biggest battles in the most hostile territory. That’s why we have strategically located our attorneys in metro areas such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, and many more. This is where we can expect to see some of the fiercest fights in a post-Roe world.
Vigilance is the watchword. Pro-abortion groups are marshaling their resources for all-out legislative and legal attacks on the unborn and their defenders.

Be active within our Center for Public Policy, opposing all legislation that attempts to expand the abortion industry in every conceivable direction,
Stand with physicians of conscience and religious hospitals as blue states attempt to force them to perform abortions,
Stand with pro-life pregnancy centers as blue states strategize new ways to silence them citing “misinformation”,
Fight against abortion “tourism” where politicians in states like California have resolved to bring women there to get taxpayer-subsidized abortions and all-expenses-paid trips and most importantly
Pray
We must pray…and we must act. Our attorneys are on the frontlines of the battle for life every day. We are on the cusp of almost-unimaginable breakthroughs for the unborn…and insidious and unrelenting counter-assaults.
I don’t often do this, but I am going to ask you to give like lives depend on it…because they do. I am going to ask you to go “above and beyond” just as our staff is doing. I am going to ask you to equip us with every resource for the battle of our lives—the very battle for life.
I am believing God for a miracle for our nation—the day Roe v. Wade is dropped into the dustbin of history and I am also trusting God to meet all the needs of our ministry through your faithful generosity, so we can help to shape a Godly future for our children and our grandchildren.
