Despite the Trump administration's series of defeats in court — many of them against NRDC's tough, committed lawyers — they're doubling down on their anti-environment, pro-polluter agenda. Since Inauguration Day, the Trump administration has tried to roll back at least 85 environmental protections. And they've got some of our most crucial safeguards in their sights: The Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Power Plan, and more.

They've even made the reckless decision to withdraw the United States from the landmark Paris climate agreement — abandoning an international pact to drastically cut carbon emissions and effectively sabotaging the world's best hope at stopping the worst impacts of climate change.

But we refuse to be worn down by their relentless attacks — in fact, these challenges only motivate us to fight back harder than ever.
