When America had an assault weapons ban from 1994-2004, mass shootings were down by over 40%.

This year alone, there have been over 230 mass shootings.

We need Congress to act immediately to pass an assault weapons ban.

Our nation is in the midst of a gun violence crisis. Every day, more than 110 Americans die from gun violence. We don’t have to be numb to this. We don’t have to live like this. We don’t have to die like this.

But without enough public support, Congress may not take this critical action on gun safety. So we’re gathering 15,000 Democrats to pressure Congress to Ban Assault Weapons. The petition closes at midnight. Please sign the petition immediately:
