With the Supreme Court poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, it’s never been more important to elect pro-choice, pro-science women to office. The same Republicans who championed overturning Roe and defunding Planned Parenthood are just five seats shy of winning a majority in the House this November.

The Republicans’ position on abortion isn't just a threat to red states. Members of the Congressional GOP have called for federal bans that would make abortion illegal nationwide – without exception.

That’s why I’m asking you to split a donation between my campaign, Lauren Underwood’s in Illinois' 14th District, Dr. Annie Andrews’ in South Carolina’s 1st Congressional District, Dr. Yadira Caraveo’s in Colorado’s 8th Congressional District, and 314 Action Fund – the only group working to elect Democratic scientists like us to office at all levels.

  • Rep. Lauren Underwood (IL-14) is a registered nurse who, like me, refused to sit on the sidelines as her Republican Congressman voted repeatedly to destroy the Affordable Care Act. Lauren’s victory in Illinois’ 14th Congressional District helped Democrats flip the House in 2018 – and her re-election in 2020 was one of the closest races in the country. I've worked with Lauren to introduce legislation to make primary care, mental health care, and substance use disorder treatment more affordable.
  • Dr. Annie Andrews (SC-1) is a community pediatrician who spent the past years working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Democrats won South Carolina’s 1st district in 2018 by a slim margin and Annie’s running a grassroots-powered campaign that gives us our best chance of winning it back.
  • Dr. Yadira Caraveo (CO-8) is a pediatrician and state legislator who has become the go-to expert for public health and healthcare-related legislation in local Colorado politics. She's running for a newly created open seat in Colorado that election experts have called a "toss-up."
