Now that Amazon is scaling back on warehouse space, third-party logistics companies are poised to occupy more of the available industrial real estate, according to Mizuho Americas research. For example, 3PL company List Logistics recently leased more than 850,000 square feet at the Garden State Logistics Center in New Jersey, bringing its total distribution and warehouse space to more than 2 million square feet nationwide.
