Governors Urge Biden to Rescind Climate Rule
Per Daily Caller: A group of 16 Republican governors sent a letter to President Biden last week calling on him to rescind a Securities and Exchange Commission proposal adding strict climate requirements for companies. The governors wrote: “The unprecedented level of federal overreach makes your proposed rule an especially dangerous step.”
Gas Prices Keep Rising
Per CNN: The national average for a gallon of gasoline jumped to $4.87 this week, up an eye-popping 25 cents from just a week ago. Gas prices have continued to climb for months, and as President Biden continues to struggle to find solutions, his approval rating has been in freefall. With an ineffective White House and major crises abroad, prices are likely to keep rising this summer.

Illegal Immigrant Population Skyrockets
Per Washington Examiner: The migrant crisis in America got substantially worse since President Biden took office, according to a new review of federal data. The illegal immigrant population within the country grew from 10.2 million when President Biden took office to 11.6 million this April, a whopping 10% surge. According to the Center for Immigration Studies: “...Illegal immigrants accounted for some 1.35 million (about two-thirds) of the two million growth in the total foreign-born population since President Biden took office.”
