Last night, I officially became the Democratic nominee for Senate in Iowa against Chuck Grassley. The general election starts now.

This race is going to be one of the most important in the country. If we defeat Grassley and turn Iowa blue, Democrats are guaranteed to expand our Senate majority.

It is all on the line. Ending gun violence. Protecting Roe v Wade. Abolishing the filibuster. Defending voting rights. Granting the same level of health care I received in the military to all Americans. Combating climate change. The list goes on.

The good news is that we can finally give Grassley a forced retirement. Just 27% of Iowa voters want to reelect him according to the Des Moines Register, and we raised more than TWICE what Grassley did during the last reporting period.

But Mitch McConnell is raising millions of dollars into Super PACs to attack me, and I’m not taking a dime of corporate PAC money. If I’m going to be able to fight back and win, I’m counting on grassroots donors like you to give now:
