Have you ever noticed how the moment a shooting happens, the radical left and the media scramble to blame Republicans?
 

I have watched the events in Texas this past week with a mixture of shock, grief and horror, like every American. That’s how normal people react when tragedy strikes. But not the liberal media–they only care about trying to score points. And I’ve lived this first hand.

You see, in 2017 a deranged Bernie Sanders supporter shot up the field where
Republicans were practicing for our annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity.

After the shooter had been neutralized, I was immediately surrounded by liberal
reporters who had rushed to the scene.

The top question from these liberal reporters wasn’t about the well-being of the people who had been shot at.

It was pure politics — “Does this change your views on the gun situation in America?”

My response: “The Second Amendment right to bear arms is to help ensure we always have a republic. So no, I’m not changing my position on any of the rights we enjoy as Americans.”

I’m not a fair-weather friend of our Constitutional rights. And I think Washington, DC could use more Republicans who will not retreat when hounded by the liberal press.

That’s why I’m running for United States Senate. Because we need more Republicans who will not back down in the face of the liberal media or the Democrats.

I’m proud to have won the endorsement of the NRA, Gun Owners of America, and the National Association for Gun Rights. Also on board my campaign — Senators Ted Cruz and Rand Paul, Representatives Majorie Taylor Greene and Scott Perry, Mark Levin, Club for Growth, Senate Conservatives Fund, FreedomWorks for America, and Alabama Citizens for Life.
