Words can't begin to express how proud I am of this team. We worked hard, we fought, and it paid off. I am honored to be the Democratic nominee to represent the people of CA-27.

I owe an immense thanks to all the volunteers, grassroots supporters, neighbors, elected officials, working people, and activists who made this happen. This enormous victory would not have been possible without the tireless drive of activists both in and out of the district.

This November, voters will have the choice between two dramatically different visions for the future of this country.

One that will protect reproductive rights and one that will gut them. One that understands gun regulations are paramount to safe communities, and one in lock-step with the NRA. One that seeks to uplift the working class and one that sides with corporate campaign contributors.

It's time for a leader who will put the people first and fight hard to create a fairer system for all.
