John,
Today, Governor Dan McKee signed the Let RI Vote Act – expanding voter access, while ensuring that Rhode Island’s elections will remain safe and secure.
While states across the country have pursued legislation that will make voting more difficult, we’re proud that it will now be easier for Rhode Islanders to have their voices heard. The Governor knows that voting rights are essential to a free, fair, and strong Democracy.

Let RI Vote will make it easier for Rhode Islanders to cast their ballots by mail, whether they’re elderly, disabled, immunocompromised, balancing multiple jobs, or just prefer the convenience of dropping their ballot in a secure drop box.
