As a member of Congress, Seth will continue to fight for working people by investing in infrastructure to create good paying jobs, prioritizing safety standards in the workplace, and protecting the right to organize. He supports the Protecting the Right to Organize Act (PRO Act) to expand labor protections and ensure workers have the freedom to decide whether they wish to form a union without the fear of retaliation.
