What is Minnesota’s PCR program? The PCR program is a public financing system run by the State of Minnesota that allows individuals to donate $50 per person (or $100 per couple) to a political party or candidate of their choice and receive a full refund from the Minnesota Department of Revenue. In other words, you can donate $50 right now at ultimately no cost to you. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Make your refundable contribution.

Step 2: We send you a receipt of your contribution and a 2022 PCR application form in the mail.

Step 3: Complete your PCR application form and mail it to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Step 4: Receive your refund!
