NH Gives is now live! This is the day we’ve all been waiting for - the day when we can come together and make a difference in our community!

Here’s how you can make a HUGE difference today:
-Head over to our NH Gives page ([link removed]) and donate to Families in Transition. Your donation directly impacts the food programs at our emergency shelters and recovery housing programs as well as our food pantry.
-Spread the word. Text a friend. Forward this email. Post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using #nhgives. Oh, and you can also just tell someone in person – that works, too.
All giving will end tomorrow, June 8 at 5:00 p.m. so make sure to get your gift in on time!

As we carry on this year with the mission to prevent and break the cycle of homelessness, our goal is to increase our capacity to serve members of our community through our food program.
